Dr. Battery has a number of stable suppliers to fulfill all product line needs. In 2008, a joint venture relationship was created with our primary supplier.
With this in place, we can control product lead times, ensure product quality and receive the most current information regarding market demands.
Dr. Battery has a total of six production lines and is capable of producing up to 100,000 pieces per month.
The R&D department is responsible for technological innovations and development of new batteries
as well as obtaining the latest and most credible market information regarding compatibility of batteries and adapters. In addition, 15 new generic battery models are launched per month to ensure the company
has the widest range of stock and remains on the leading edge of the battery industry. In China, we are one of the largest manufacturers with the most sophisticated technical knowledge.

Boston Power
Dr. Battery launched the innovative Green Series battery through its strategic alliance with Boston-Power®. Boston Power is a company led by industry specialists with 100 patents pending in the United States and internationally.
It is also the creator of the next generation lithium-battery technology platform, the Sonata® battery cell. The Sonata cell is the first breakthrough battery since the early 1990s and is able to provide longer battery life than
traditional cells due to the combination of chemistry formulations and mechanical engineering and electrical designs at both the cell and system level. Dr. Battery is taking advantage of this breakthrough technology to be the first
to provide our clients with a longer lasting green battery in Canada. These packs are capable of providing performance levels unmatched in the industry with a three-year warranty, 1000+ recharges and 3 – 5 times longer battery service life than traditional batteries.
Green Series batteries allow a lower cost of ownership over the long run as one Green Series battery is comparable to three traditional batteries.
Leyden Energy
Dr. Battery has selected Leyden Energy as a partner to distribute the “Advanced Pro Series” to bring this revolutionary battery technology to the market. Leyden Energy is a Silicon Valley, CA, research and development company that brings superior
lithium-ion battery technology for use in consumer electronics, energy storage and electric vehicle market. Leyden Energy’s patented and proprietary cell technology is developed through a core group of battery scientists in the lab. This winning patented formulation had overcome
the obstacle of high temperature survivability while also engineered with high durability. These packs have the ability to deliver 800 plus recharge cycles while maintaining sustained performance for over two years of usage. In addition, it is cost effective due to double the battery service life.
The enhanced thermal management battery system brings the Advanced Pro Series the capability to withstand in temperature ranging from -20°C / -4°F to 60°C / 128°F, which is unrivalled in the industry.
HYB
Dr. Battery has partnered with HYB Battery Co., Ltd., to distribute its cells in some of our high-quality battery packs. HYB is a ShenZhen, China-based joint venture company founded in 1999.
HYB works continuously with numerous top-tier manufacturers such as Samsung and Siemens to enhance their cell technology. The company has a total investment of more than 350 million RMB.
Its highly trained team of 2,000 employees is capable of producing 200K UL and CE certified battery cells daily in the company’s 50,000-square-meter facility
