Product Warranty and Free Technical Support

All of our products carry a full one-year warranty against manufacturing and quality defects, in addition to a 30-days refund period. All Dr. Battery resellers receive unlimited product and sales support by phone or through the website free of charge. Dr. Battery.com reserves a right to charge a maximum 15% restocking fee for refunded items.

All rechargeable battery packs are manufactured in ISO9001 certified facilities, with testing capabilities that meet CE and UL standards.

We have an in-house battery pack testing facility which enables us to provide the most up-to-date battery pack testing for the most advanced portable consumer electronic products. We sell only quality products from quality suppliers.
